The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the www.metropaws.com (the “Site”). On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. Any credit card information collected by MP will not be stored on the Site. All credit card information will be sent to a third party, www.authorize.net for processing. Users should become familiar with the privacy policy on third party sites.

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. Eligibility: Giveaway is FREE to enter. Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, who are eighteen (18) years of age and older at the time of entry and void where prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally eligible to enter the giveaway under any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or otherwise. Current employees, officers, and directors of Metro Paws and SodaPup as well as immediate family and household members are not eligible to participate. Giveaway subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Entry Period: The Metro Paws and SodaPup giveaway begins Friday, August 1st, 2025 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time and ends Friday, August 8th, 2025 11:59 PM Mountain Time. Entries received before or after this period are not eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, go to https://www.metropaws.com/pages/giveaway-time during the Entry Period and fulfill all requirements of Giveaway as specified and provide the information requested. Instagram account is optional, but will be used to see if entrant is following Metro Paws and SodaPup Instagram accounts as bonus entries. Entries that do not include all the required information and adhere to the rules will be considered void. You may not enter more than once by using multiple email addresses or entities. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected or incomplete entries. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility and compliance with the rules are final.

Selection of Winner and Prize: 1 winner will be selected by sponsor at random to receive a prize pack from Metro Paws and SodaPup valued over $125. Winner may also be featured on Metro Paws and SodaPup’s social media pages. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Winners are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes and fees. Any expenses incurred, whether or not specified herein are the winner’s responsibility. Acceptance of prize gives Sponsors permission to use Winner’s name and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Winner Notification: Winner will be notified via email on or about August 11th, 2025. Winner must reply to notification email within 7 days, providing their mailing address and phone number (phone number will only be used for delivery purposes, not advertising). If the Winner fails to respond within 7 days, then another winner may be chosen. After receiving proper mailing information from winner, prize will be sent within 7-14 days.

Disputes: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the Stat of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree that any and all claims, disputes, and controversies relating to these terms and conditions and entrant’s participation shall be resolved by arbitration rather than in court, individually and without resort to any form of class action. Furthermore, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Giveaway), and entrant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
