The cost of shipping is included in all Poopy Pack™ subscription orders. Our goal is to make it easy and affordable for you to place an order, and we don’t like hidden fees and fine print either.

Returns

Customer service is our priority. We proudly stand behind all our products. If you’re not happy with your order, email us at stone@metropaws.com.

Within 24 hours, we’ll refund your account* and even cancel your subscription if you want.

* Please note that packages with more than 5 bags used per package will not be refunded.
