How does the Poopy Pouch ™ subscription service work?
All you have to do is sign up, pick a recurring subscription plan, and you’ll get your first supply of bags in just a couple of days. You save time, and money, and you’ll never run out of bags again.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is always free.
Are your bags degradable?
Of course, Poopy Packs ™ are degradable. You can curb your dog and be green while you do it.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Customer service is our priority. If your order is wrong, or hasn’t gotten to you, or if you’re not happy with your order in any way, we will fix it. Just email us at and we will make it right.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes. If your dog situation changes, you can change your subscription to meet it. You can adjust your order or cancel, at any time, by email, at . Cancellations usually take two business days.
Who is Stone?
Stone is our six-year-old, 90-pound yellow English Lab and the inspiration for MetroPaws. You can read all about him and his travels and adventures throughout New York City on his blog, at www.metropaws.com/blog .
What if I schedule an appointment and my service provider doesn’t show up?
We’re proud of our service providers and always work to associate ourselves with reputable individuals and quality companies. You should never be charged for services until they’re rendered. While all arrangements are made between the service provider and the customer, if you were charged and your provider fails to show, e-mail us at and we’ll get you a refund, even if we have to pay it ourselves. Our policy with service providers is “three strikes and you’re out.”
Can I pay in cash?
While we don’t accept cash in the Paws Store, most of our individual service providers can make arrangements for you to pay in cash. Just let them know in advance and they’ll be happy to work with you.
What if I walk someone’s dog and they don’t pay me?
While all arrangements are made between the service provider and the customer, if you’ve provided a service, whether it’s dog walking or grooming or any other service, you deserved to be paid. We’ll contact the customer directly and work to get your money. If they don’t make good on their end of the deal, we won’t have them as part of our community.
