What happens if my service provider doesn’t show up to their confirmed appointment?
We work hard to provide the most professional dog service provider listings, yet we understand that sometime things happen. We recommend that you take the time to contact your provider and review them appropriately. Letting other dog owners know about the incident allows fellow dog owners to learn from your experience. If the provider fails to show up at three appointments they will be removed from the system.
What if my dog gets injured under the provider’s care?
Metro Paws LLC. Is not responsible for the actions of the providers booked on our site, as we are a third party. Yet, we encourage you to review all experiences you have with your provider positive or negative, so other dog owners can read about your experiences. Please keep in mind that accidents do happen though, and most dog service providers work hard to give the best possible love to your pup. If there are three complaints about a specific provider within 2 months that provider will be removed from our system.
How do I pay for the dog services I book on metropaws.com?
Metro Paws LLC. Is an online community and the providers on our site do not work for us, so we do not take or facilitate payments on behalf of any of the dog service providers on our site. How you pay for your dog services is between you and your service provider, but we here at metropaws.com try to make the process as seamless and transparent for both parties as possible. We hope all the transactions between you and your dog service provider are honest and mutually beneficial, if you have an issue with payments to your provider please review them appropriately and email us with any questions.
Why should I review my service provider?
Metropaws.com is an online community aimed at making the dog world a better place. If you share your experiences with other dog owners then we will have a better-informed, happier dog community. Secondly, your dog service provider wants and deserves the feedback and business. Lastly, if you review your provider you will get paw points, which are both cool and fun.

How much is your service? And why do you charge me?
Metropaws.com is $14.99 per month. We allow you to market yourself online all the while helping to manage your schedule, billing, payments, and customer base. We are a unique dog community that works to be both exclusive and user friendly for both you and your customers. We invest a great deal of time and money working to promote our site and align with the right partners in order to market you and your services in order to give you the exposure you want and need.
Can my clients pay in cash?
Yes. Metropaws.com does not take payment on behalf of your customers. We work as a conduit to introduce and help manage your business and finances. We prefer you use a Paypal account to receive payments in order to protect you and your customers, all the while giving transparency so you get paid on time. However, we are not going to tell you how to run your business. We are here to help manage, organize, and market yourself, how and when you get paid is up to you.
What happens if my client cancels within 24 hours, or just isn’t there when I go to meet them for my dog service?
We are not responsible for the actions of your customers, yet we only want responsible dog owners among our dog community. We first suggest that you talk out any issues with your customer, hopefully you can work it out amicably. We built metropaws.com with dog service providers in mind and give you the power to accept or reject any bookings. This functionality allows you to decide whom you want to conduct or not to conduct business with. We encourage you to share your experiences with us as well as other dog service providers if you feel that you are consistently treated unprofessionally. If necessary we will take it up with the dog owner.
